We hope you will join us for our annual family picnic.

Noon to 5pm
Jastro Park
(2900 Truxten Avenue)

TENATIVE PICNIC TIMELINE
*Please keep in mind it is expected to be overcast with sprinkles between 2-5 pm
11:00 Begin General Picnic Set-Up
The location is reserved for our family picnic but often we have to deal with other groups that have tried to take over the space.  We have the paperwork and have been told to call the Park Ranger to resolve if people do not leave.  Set up includes taping down table cloths, taping black trash bags, if using this year, hooking up the speakers, extension cords for hot food.  Set up the area for potluck, and paper goods.   Chris & John have the supply bucket.
*2025 set-up involves assembling the popups because of possible rain
Vikki & Wes, Chris & John Boone & maybe John Vincent (audio & cornhole), Ted & Stacy (meat & Popups)

11:30 Station Setup: Games, Craft & Dessert Station & Meat
After popups are erected and table clothes taped down. The dessert and craft area can be set up with goods (we usually set up before noon so if anything is missing we can run and grab it or text someone).
Help set up the cornhole areas and ensure we have all the supplies and bags.
Help set up meat.
