Since 2012 Dr. Cruz-Boone has collaborated with academic departments, grant programs, higher education institutions, unions, and K-12 schools in designing assessment tasks and reports.  Her area of expertise is in the appreciative inquiry methodology which can help programs close the loop by identifying strengths and best practices.
