12-Week Iyengar Yoga Beginner Course BEGINS Saturday August 11, 2018 Every Saturday 8-9:30 am
This 12-week beginner class is for those new to Iyengar Yoga, those returning to yoga or for the student wanting to work on foundational poses. Each week the class will build from previous lessons to establish a foundation of basic asanas (poses). No matter your age, shape or flexibility everyone is welcome to classes. Props such as block, bolsters and blankets will be utilized when appropriate to help each student experience different aspects of poses. If you have your own mat please bring it with you.
This session will register a maximum of eight participants. The cost for the 12-week program is $120 dollars for the full session (33% off). Priority is given to registered session participants but drop-in rate is available for $15 dollars per 90 minute class session.
